Rev. Mary Rodgers, Leadership Council Member, National Capital Presbytery – The Rev. Mary Rodgers (she/her) has been a member of NCP for twenty-five years and currently serves as the Associate Pastor at Providence Presbyterian Church in Fairfax. Mary has a master’s degree from Princeton Theological Seminary. A native of Charlotte, NC, she had a career as a Special Education teacher before being called into ministry.
Mary loves to preach and teach, and feels honored to be a part of people’s lives at some of the most significant moments: births, marriages, death, illnesses, baptisms, etc. Most of all she feels passionate about sharing her faith and helping others along in their own journey with God. Mary is the mother of Elena and owner of Lacey, a miniature dachshund. In her spare time, she likes to hike and cycle, read and paint!
