What do you believe are the key theological/social issues currently facing the church and society, and how they shape your experience in the church:
With the pollical climate being what it is today we are called to be on the forefront. This is a wide view of priorities including becoming anti-racist, single-payer for health care and addressing substance user health. PCUSA needs to be at the forefront of these issues.
Please indicate why you want to represent National Capital Presbytery at the General Assembly:
I would like to take the next step in my involvement with the church. I believe I can make a difference in helping to direct us in these important issues. This includes the changes we need to make around PHEWA and the Presbyterian AIDS Network (PAN) I have been the co-leader since 2007.
