Little Falls Presbyterian Church, a vibrant congregation in Arlington, Virginia, joyfully proclaims

visionary pastor to reawaken our energy and lead us into a new chapter of growth and
community engagement. Our church champions Reformed theology with a broad interpretation,
fostering deep engagement with Scripture and the Holy Spirit within our highly educated and
diverse community.

We are seeking a relational leader, preacher, and teacher who connects with people of all ages
and inspires us to integrate our faith into daily life. The ideal candidate will have a strong
passion for the Scriptures, pastoral care, evangelism, and outreach. Our pastor will provide
strategic clarity and spiritual depth, collaborate with a talented staff, and design and lead
engaging youth activities and adult education experiences. Our pastor will lead our unique blend
of traditional, contemporary, and innovative worship services.

Prospective pastors should have proven abilities to:
● Strengthen congregational connection and energy, fostering a renewed sense of
belonging and ownership among members
● Lead engaging worship services and deliver biblically grounded sermons that inspire and
equip the congregation
● Engage in community outreach, attracting and integrating new families and individuals
into the church’s life
● Provide vision, direction, and leadership for Christian education programs and mission
efforts, fostering a healthy and collaborative staff and volunteer culture
● Offer compassionate pastoral care, spiritual counseling, and support to members
through life’s transitions and challenges
