National Capital Presbytery’s Sexual Misconduct policy states:

Church Professionals received by NCP are required within one year of reception to
attend a seminar on the issues of sexual misconduct offered by NCP or another source
satisfactory to the RCT.

Thereafter, every three years all Church Professionals of NCP shall attend a seminar
offered by NCP or another source satisfactory to the RCT on the issues of sexual
misconduct.

The IN-PERSON Healthy Boundary Training will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at National Presbyterian Church (Stone Hall). Led by your NCP colleagues with Olanda Carr, Senior Ministry Relations Officer of the Presbyterian Foundation, leading on financial boundaries. Topics include sexual misconduct, child sexual abuse prevention, financial boundaries, self-care, self-awareness, connecting to available resources to strengthen boundaries. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited. The training is free for NCP teaching elders. See FLYER.
