Scriptural Exploration of Presbytery Leadership Series
While the Roman Catholics look to Peter as the first Pope, we Presbyterian do well to look to Paul as the first Presbytery Leader. In the same way a Paul provided oversight and encouragement to the churches he traveled among, so the Presbytery, through its leaders, provides that oversight and encouragement to our churches. Here is where we find scriptural authority and insight into the role of the Presbytery with its congregations.
These six sermons were initially offered to new Presbytery Leaders at the Presbytery Leader Formation Residency May 6-11, 2018 and then modified somewhat to share with National Capital Presbytery.
