Emily Reece is a lay person with three decades of ministry. Emily serves as an advanced expert on MissionInsite with ACS Technologies. She draws from her experience at the local church, judicatory, and denominational levels to assist congregational leaders with practical strategies to connect with their communities. Having used MissionInsite in various roles since 2009, Reece enjoys “helping translate numbers into neighbors” through her work with multiple denominations.

Rev. Emily Labrecque is Senior Minister of Westmoreland Congregational United Church of Christ in Bethesda. She previously served as Missioner for Parish Renewal Initiatives for the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, where she coordinated and managed two Lilly Endowment–funded initiatives focused on congregational vitality. In that role, she partnered with congregations to interpret and apply MissionInsite data, helping leaders understand how they can become “better neighbors to their neighbors.” Her ministry experience includes parish ministry, university campus ministry, and hospital chaplaincy, informing her work in adaptive leadership and congregational renewal.

This event is subsidized by NCP Unified Mission Budget, thanks to the contributions of NCP congregations.
