Registration will open September 1, 2026.
The packet will post no later than Friday, September 18. 2026.

Reminder: This is an in-person meeting, and those with the privilege of voice and vote must be physically present in Stone Hall at NPC to exercise it.
The proceedings will be live-streamed (HERE) for those who wish to observe remotely.
