Join representatives from the Presbyterian Foundation, New Covenant Trust, and Foundry for a collaborative workshop focused on the financial and operational health of congregations.

Participants will learn how to:

• understand church financial statements, & develop and manage budgets,
• explore best practices for investment policies,
• and discover ways to leverage church property for missional impact.

The event will conclude with an interactive “Ask Us Anything” roundtable where attendees can bring their questions and receive guidance from the representatives.

This is a one-stop opportunity to gain knowledge, share experiences, and connect with partners who can help congregations steward their resources faithfully and effectively. Participants are encouraged to bring questions, financial concerns, and existing investment policies (if they have them) for discussion and feedback.
