• • Change and Conflict Management – Change is inevitable and our responses can be driven more out of anxiety and fear. Mange these realities into practices that enable our congregations to thrive and grow. Come away with helpful tools you can use right away.
  • Property 101 – Learn how we can steward the resources we have into the resources we want and need to grow in Christ mission.
  • Lay Led Worship – Learn how we can support, lead and facilitate a time of worship.
  • Polity and Ruling Elder 101 – Learn the basics of governance in the congregation and leave equipped with tools to help your church stay focused and faithful.
  • Marketing 101 with MissionInsite – “Marketing Your Church” as a follow-up to Elder Lou Durden’s sermon from September’s presbytery meeting

Policy Training 1:45-3:45 PM

Two options for Policy Training (Choose ONE)

• • • Boundary Training (for ruling elders, deacons & congregational leadership) – around child sexual abuse prevention training and sexual misconduct.
      *This does NOT satisfy the Healthy Boundaries Training as mandated for clergy. Look for a separate training in February 2026.*
    • Antiracism – Guidance on creating an antiracism policy
