A New Worshiping Community is a fresh expression of the church defined by our mission. They are new in that they are seeking to make and form new disciples of Jesus Christ and they are taking on varied forms of church for our changing culture. They are worshiping in that they are gathered by the Spirit to meet Jesus Christ in Word and Sacrament and sent by the Spirit to join God’s mission for the transformation of the world. They are a community in that they are practicing mutual care and accountability and developing sustainability in leadership and finances.
Germantown Global Connection
The GGC connects families in the Germantown MD area to community, service, and growth in ways that make sense to parents and kids alike. Through safe space for families to be nurtured, opportunities for old and young to give back to the community, and pathways toward spiritual growth and maturity, we build thriving, healthy families that influence others to be the same.

Faith Chapel
Located in Leesburg, VA, Faith Chapel is a gathering place for all people. Faith Chapel offers the Lucketts Community a place to gather for community building, concerts, classes and workshops, meetings, tabletop games, birthday parties, special events, and Messy Church. It is the home of the Lucketts Community Food Pantry which provides nourishment and hope to our community.

Queerly Gathered
In queer spaces, people are often encountered who are energized and interested in spirituality, yet less drawn to traditional religion and church experiences. Some seek a relationship with God, others desire a safe space to voice questions and explore doubts, and still others long for a sense of belonging with those who share an interest in spirituality. With the support of the Presbyterian Church (USA), Queerly Gathered was formed, a community created at the intersection of faith and queerness.

Creekside Church
Creekside Church goes beyond traditional sermons, scriptures, songs, and prayers. Their intergenerational, family-focused, and welcoming atmosphere celebrates the message of Jesus, “Love God and Love Each Other,” in creative and engaging ways. In a casual and inclusive environment, Creekside Church embraces arts, creativity, and games to provide a holistic experience of Christian faith. Each gathering begins with these Biblically themed family-centered activities and culminates in a worship session, bringing us closer to God’s teachings and love for all.
