Presbytery Meeting Display Request
GUIDELINES FOR DISPLAY SPACE AT NATIONAL CAPITAL PRESBYTERY MEETINGS
We recognize that organizations, groups and individuals have much to offer the presbytery. To facilitate this interaction, we provide display space at meetings for informational opportunities. Out of consideration for all parties (host church, those wishing display space, and presbytery staff) involved, there are requirements and expectations of anyone desiring display space:
- Formal request—via email to Jan Moody; we will not honor standing requests
- Adequate notice—the request should be submitted no later than one week prior to the meeting
- Honor your commitment—if you are granted space, you are expected to show up
- Honor the process—if you have not been granted space, please do not show up expecting to be accommodated
Please make requests to Jan Moody, coordinator of the Worship & Theology planning team, in an e-mail to her at email@example.com. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
We ask that displays be set up at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the meeting. As a considerate guest, before leaving please clean up your area—disposing of or taking with you any materials.
