Trinity Presbyterian Church in Arlington VA is looking for a Facility Manager, who plays a vital role in our community by overseeing the daily management of our church facility and grounds. Our church has extensive facilities, some of which date back to the 1950’s, which are used regularly by the church congregation, the weekday preschool, and the community, many on a rental basis. As the facility manager you will be the point person with oversight of rental contracts and rental use, service contracts, facility maintenance needs, contracted repair and renovation work, and utility inspections and repair. The ideal candidate would have experience in building maintenance or management and have a strong working knowledge of Google Workplace. This part-time job, 20-29 hours a week, requires onsite presence during business hours, though the daily hours are flexible.
